"Onwards and Upwards" is about the ups and downs of our 20s. It's a collection of the rock, metal, and pop songs we wrote for ourselves that feel right at home on our own playlists. This album is all about us working through uncertainty, anxiety, and growth; usually with that flimsy mask of boldness and confidence we force ourselves to wear.
